Becoming your true self and learning how to let go of the things that shaped or were done to you, and your patterns of relating which no longer serve you, can be challenging, messy and painful. But letting go of redundant behaviours and thoughts can also be rewarding and offers opportunity for growth. It is empowering and transformative and all that is required is for you to want this change to happen, and be fully engaged in the collaborative counselling process with me.

Whether you have had counselling before or this is the first time you've considered seeking professional support for a difficult issue in your life, I believe I will be able to support you at this time provided I am the right counsellor “fit” for yourself. I simply ask that you be curious about yourself and I will accompany you in your journey to enable you to reconnect with your more authentic self.

My counselling practice invites GSERD, LGBTQ+ and trans inclusivity, all races, religions, spiritual practices and all differences of nationalities are welcomed with unconditional positive regard. I work systemically so we look at the backdrop of the systems and society affecting your life and can explore the intersectionalities you explore to better explore the differences and challenges you experience.
